There have been multiple people (beyond the two mentioned) who have had their bans reversed with an apology for the mistake from Kabam. You can find evidence on the BBB website, Reddit and these forums.

115 complaints on their BBB website. Only 1 talked about an account “wrongfully” being banned. Zero proof of it being wrongful.
No searches of Reddit and wrongfully banning with proof they didn’t and kabam apologizing.
No mod would speak about banned accounts on the forums. So no such evidence has been found.

3)Prof Hoff is the leader of the Tin foil hat group. He doesn’t help your cause.
4) the only video I found of Katy candy speaking of wrongfully banned accounts she was talking about Blythe and quake. This was a very quick search tho, I can double back later.

“It happened to a friend of a friend of mine” isn’t evidence. I’ll review the BBB website again but 99% sure it just Blythe accessing all avenues.
We do not discuss actions taken on players accounts in the forums. Wrongful account bans are extremely rare and are taken care of through the support team.
There will be no way to trade in the Gift Box from last year, and we do not plan to award gifts for those that were not here to claim it last year. You'll still be able to claim this year's gift if you log in during the eligible period, but will not be able to double up.
