Why I have not recieved 6 year celebration gift? even tho I am cav?

I have only recieved Title and profile pic but not the shards.
I have 2 accounts(one is mine and another is of my wife) and both are cav. but in both of them i have not recieved shards but only Title and Pofile pic

account names are RaviVaniyaFB (Level 45) and kinjalvaniya9 (Level 46)

Also didn’t get any 6 year anniversary gift. Plus my title and profile pic is bugged where it stays unread and can be claimed multiple times like a lot of people here.

Yes this is also a bug
So, Just close the game and re-open it again (This is what worked for me)

but we want those hero shards man, those are too spicy
