I can’t select a game when sending a help ticket. I recently purchased the daily skill cavalier bundle. When I bought it the deal never disappeared like it normally does. So I clicked purchase again because I thought maybe it didn’t register. When that was purchased the cavalier and grandmaster on were purchased. I haven’t done anything with the grandmaster stuff because I want my $5 back. It was a visual glitch in the unit store. I purchased the deal today( dec 23) at 6 oclock CST
I was hoping to get the ticket sent today. If I use any of the items then they will use that against me. It’s hard not to use the items when they are shards of catalyst
Think you may need to create a new account for that new site (guessing it is not just using your same Forum account to login) ? Although you should just be able to create it using the exact same login info as here so you only have to remember it once.

That's an error loading the dropdowns on your device.
Edit: if you're somehow on an old page that isn't used anymore, that won't help.
