Proof of ownership

Hi, I am Greg from Greece and I have been trying recently to change my email from the account I am writing you so I can make one Gmail account and log in the game from there and sync the Google play games with it too.
So it was a morning some years ago, before I went to work, 7.15 am local time exactly, sitting on my wc browsing Facebook when I saw an ad with this game. I downloaded it from my Google account, which I still have access to, and started playing. Later I made an kabam account with my miscrosoft email and I am logging in from there, just like I did to join this forum. I am so very specific so that I can't understand when they say I can't prove the ownership of my account why I can't do this. I have still got access, I can show my id or passport and I have access to my history of downloads purchases and places I have been. Anyone in here able to assist me?

    what does support say? Have you reached out to Kabam support?
    as far as i know, the kabam email has to be the same as your google email id.

    Yes, they say that some of my info are incorrect and they take account safety too seriously. I can't cope with them

    I started the game from an android device with my Gmail from playstore. After some time I noticed I can have a kabam account. I used my Microsoft account to make my kabam id. I log in game from there now and in forum too

    so what is the issue again? you cant log into game?

    I can log in in the game. I want to change my email address and make it the same as my Gmail address
