i asked kabam support to change my email and they response to it by sending me a email where they write that we have changed you email to @gmail.com ... to see changes you need to restart the game but its been 4 days and in login section its still shows my pervious email i dont know what to do now?

If so, might try logging out from game (not just closing game and re-open), but actually logout. Then close/re-open, and then try logging in with the NEW email (that they said they changed it to).
Could be that until you logout it is just continuing to show you still being logged in under the older email.
