Well, if if is exactly like that then it should clear everything up.
However, there is still some scenarios were it would work differently. Before, critical hits would stop the evade from triggering, even if these came from nodes such as that one that gives a guaranteed critical hit to the attacker. And now, even if that hit would still be critical, opponents would still be able to evade since technically she wouldn't have her precision activated.
Unless of course, this gets changed as well, and the node stops giving ghost a critical hit

So champions abilities she will bypass evade but can you confirm if that is the case for evade by nodes such as mix master or can't stop won't stop?

There’s some VERY niche scenarios where it’s still different, and I don’t see the need for the change but I’m ok with it.
