Kabam doesn’t respond to issues

I put in my ticket in the Kabam approved format... I’m on iOS and the game crashes every fight. It’s unplayable. I’ve been playing since December of 2014.
There are 1,300+ entries in the official iOS crash thread, and what have we heard from Kabam to even acknowledge the problem?
Not a thing. If there are other threads, the mods close them down and direct people to the official thread where people seem to be ignored.
Kabam why can’t you at least admit there’s a problem and tell your customers you are TRYING to fix it?

The fact is there are a number of ways to tell players they are aware of the issues and care about their customers, here, in game mail, etc.
They have chosen to say nothing.
Facts are, there is tons of responses but it doesn't fit your narrative.
