Kabam doesn’t respond to issues

I put in my ticket in the Kabam approved format... I’m on iOS and the game crashes every fight. It’s unplayable. I’ve been playing since December of 2014.

There are 1,300+ entries in the official iOS crash thread, and what have we heard from Kabam to even acknowledge the problem?

Not a thing. If there are other threads, the mods close them down and direct people to the official thread where people seem to be ignored.

Kabam why can’t you at least admit there’s a problem and tell your customers you are TRYING to fix it?

    The mega threads purpose is to collect data. It's not for them to respond to your post individually. They made that thread to keep the info in one place. Just making that thread shows they have acknowledged there's a problem. They're constantly working on it but people seem to think there's a magic easy button that makes these types of issues go away.

    I’ve had the same issue. It’s been crashing every other fight for over a week and Kabam has done nothing. I have also posted with the correct requirements and they deleted my forum post. I posted in the large feed and have heard nothing back. Kabam support is useless. I bet this threat will be deleted too.

    Its their job to fix these issues. We pay for in game virtual resources which we cant even use because of the issues. Why pay to kabam if they cant even fix a issue for many months.
    First off the game is free. You aren't paying them, you are donating your money to keep the game going. You don't own your account. No one said it's not their job to fix issues but just because you don't see a MOD response every 5 seconds doesn't mean someone isn't working on the problem. Also just because it's not fixed as soon as you post something, also doesn't mean they aren't working on fixing an issue. Why wouldn't they want people to play? Their whole goal is to get people to play this game. They want it fixed as much as you do but it's not something that's easy to do. If you know the solution, tell them. Obviously you're smarter than they are.

    Public forum. You can't control.who comments any more than Kabam can control what issues effects who. I don't care that you don't care what I think. You're whole post is wrong. You're equating you not having enough responses to satisfy you to there's no response.

    Facts are, there is tons of responses but it doesn't fit your narrative.
