Nick Fury's decoy activates at the beginning of the fight at AQ, Act 5 and SQ. Also, I couldn't see how many binary charges CMM has. I tried close and open the app again. I even deleted it and downloaded again. Nothing happened.

    The team is aware of this and is looking into potential solutions. We're gathering information on this here and will update once we have more information to share. Additionally, some plalyers have reported that restarting the game until the charges reappear resolves the issue for them some of the time.
