It's been brought to our attention that some players are seeing a discrepancy in what their Alliance Quest Tier is supposed to be. We're sorry to hear that this is happening and we are currently investigating this issue and working to resolve it as quickly as possible. We'll update with more information here once we are able.

We're still working on this issue. I apologize for the delay in it, I definitely know how frustrating it's been to hear nothing as of yet. Rest assured it's being investigated and we hope to have more information soon.
As for the rewards being earned, you can claim them. I've seen a few posts regarding this and I'll be redirecting those to here.
Want to give you all an update on this. We're still working on rectifying the issue. At this time, you'll notice that if you look at the Alliance Quest Rank rewards, there is no Tier Promotion or Demotions in the Rewards. Don't panic. This is a step that we are taking in fixing the problem.
We hope to have more information for you all within the next day. As soon as we have something to share, we'll let you all know!
