How to waive negative MCOC currency(Contest Credit)

I bought summoner resort bundle but not received rewards
Then I applied for refund.
On next objective completion I got Rewards.
I had 900+ Units.
Then today I got Refund approved email but not money received and I have negative -1499 MCOC currency(Contest Credit) in game.
I had about 900+ units plus I have bought daily 20 units bundle, now because of the negative MCOC currency(Contest Credit) even I get more units from daily 20 unit bundle or by playing arena. these units are not added.
and KABAM ask me to make a purchase again to get out of this blocked state. WTF.
KABAM said extra currency that I buy will be added to as Units to my account, but why I need to make purchase again even after the defective purchase from KABAM.
If it was not so complex from KABAM that on purchasing summoner resort bundle rewards will be received next day, I would not apply for Refund.
Please help, How I can waive negative MCOC currency(Contest Credit)?
