Kingpin overpower buff glitch

overpower is one of the strongest fury in the game it will never do 800 on a medium with a r3.
I think when you already have one overpower if you get a second the second one will be a dummy and won't give the attack rating.

Juggernaut has a fair bit of extra armor so non-critical hits won’t do as much against him

in ROL he doesn’t. plus, it’s not enough to make kingpin do damage that low.
