I want my team potions back

This game crashed on me 3 times in a row while fighting the Silver Surfer mini boss when I come back on I have half life while he has full life and everyone that is a victim of this is sick of it I had to use my team potions 3 times because of it I want them back immediately.

The thing is
Constant dropping to 50% means that you timed out
So it increases the death count
