Missing champs from romance crystals…

Anyone else open some of these romance crystals and only get 1 champ?

I opened 5 and only see 4 champs in the awards window…oddly it lists 1 new and 5 converted at the top, but I don’t see the fifth or sixth champ in the awards window.

    Ok, so it wasn't just me...I'm sure they'll fix it. I've got screen shots as well but for some reason it said I couldn't upload them.

    There seems to be a forum bug which prevents uploading images in the first post created.
    You should be able to upload them on subsequent posts.

    nvm just did the math and yeah that's odd. you got 3 new, 3 3*s, and 4 4*s or above which equates to 10 crystals opened.

    No I’m pretty sure some are missing. I opened quite a few and had this issue. I didn’t screen shot my first openings but swore I was missing some and this is my result in my last 15.

    Same thing here, I even tested one at a time and only getting one champ per crystal.

    Have recording of it as well

    Yea, my first 5 I only got 5. I spun them out, then I popped the rest and got double. Any update on this? I was at work and just now checking the forums.

    This happened on other crystals as well but it was always said to be a graphic bug by devs, that everything was good you got your champs but the graphics bugged the numbers and pictures 🤷‍♂️ idk what that means for you but that's what you will be told again for this I'm sure

    Always posts (from multiple posts about same issue) that don’t have the reply by Kabam that continue to get more bumps, while those with Kabam reply about the issue then no longer get bumped because the reply is within those.

    Basically summarizing as if one of the 2 champs you get for these 2-champ crystals is a Max Sig Dup, then it isn’t showing that Dup champ as a champ icon. But you did get one, and can see the extra MaxSig crystal and extra ISO, etc.

    Hey there, just to confirm, from what the team found while looking into this, this is a display issue. The Champions are still awarding correctly, but those who are max sig may not display, though their full rewards, including the Max Sig Crystals, are still awarding correctly. The team is working on getting this display issue resolved as soon as they can.
