Kicked from alliance during final war of the season.

Hi, so i was in an alliance and had participated in all wars of the current season however i was kicked during the final war of this season because one of the deputies didnt like me, (i have screenshots of chat messages) this is honestly really unfair and im not sure what to do and if i will even receive season rewards as i have participated in all wars prior to this and i have been waiting to receive rewards but then being kicked literally 2 days before season end is just horrible and if i dont receive season rewards ill probably just quit the game because of the time i wasted for this

Usually there is a reason for this to happen and no well organized alliance would kick a member without the alliance leadership having a chat about it.
Though I agree with u that organized alliances usually don't do this
Also I don't think removing someone just before rewards is ok in case of a dispute unless things escalated too much or the member didn't contribute fairly towards the season
War season is a whole months work that some salty officer can rip up in one second at the last war. That means you go nearly 3 months without rewards including off season. That’s ridiculous.
Right now, I could go to my alliance and kick all 23 members. If I was the leader I could kick everyone and there would be nobody left to kick me. That would get rid of hundreds of hours, potions, boosts and tons of hard work. That is not a good system. The only thing stopping me doing that, is that I’m not inclined to do so. Not exactly watertight.
If you have an officer or leader that has the emotional maturity of a toddler and they don’t get their way, they could destroy everything with no cost to themselves. Even just taking a 1 player example, don’t have to go extreme with the whole alliance. In less serious alliances like silver, they won’t have a structure in place like we do in more serious ones. Do you think it’s likely for the leader to kick an officer just for kicking a player? Maybe, but unlikely.
We really need some way of two-factor authorising kicks, so that one officer can’t just go rogue.
When a player is kicked, ask other officers for confirmation. If one of the other officers/leader accepts, then the player is kicked. This could also be set to “needs 3 votes” so two would need to accept in order to kick the player. Would also need a set case that if the alliance only has 1 leader and 1 officer then only one needs to accept.
Hell, potentially this system could even only be activated during the last 5 wars of AW season so that any other time, you can kick normally. It’s only when officers kicking players has a real, massive impact.
Would this solve everything? No. Of course not. There would still be cases where an officer mis-represents the situation to leaders and officers and a player is unfairly kicked. Or you have bad leadership that just doesn’t care about what happens. But you can’t let the perfect be the enemy of the good. This proposed system is good, it’s not perfect. Or at least, this proposed system is *better*.
It gives players a better defence against rogue officers destroying their work, and removing them from AW rewards so they potentially have a 3 month wait for rewards since the last time they got them. It’s something else in the way of OP doing everything right, and just coming up against some man-child who throws a tantrum because someone took his path. Maybe the other officers wouldn’t have gone along with it, maybe OP would still have his season rewards.
the same thing happened to me some time ago. one of the officers kicked me the day before the end of the season for no reason (I was very active at the time). And in retrospect it turned out that he was just a frustrated kid who kicked a few more people for no reason.
now i'm in retired alliance and this is the best decision i made in this game. no pressure,no drama,no bad pepole,just fun.
there is a lot of people who forgot that this is just a game and just put pressure on you to play 24/7. you need to thank them for kicked you.
just find a new chill alliance and enjoy the game without any prresure.
