  I think they just chose to make it a different color. Like how they made Silver Surfer's buffs look a little bit different than other buffs of the same type, but they function the same way

  It's a slightly different ability, that's why it has a different color. It is similar to true accuracy.

  Just different color, Ultron's armor up buff also is different, gray instead of the habitual blue color.
