It may take some time for the Support Team to fully investigate, but they will get back to you as quickly as possible. They are also the ones best equipped to look into this as they have the tools and access best suited to do so. While we are equipped to handle different things, the forum moderators here don't have the same tools or account access needed to look into this as thoroughly as the Support Team can.
