Vision AoU - power steal broken

Did anyone notice that Vision AoU is not stealing power?

    Yup. Just recently duped mine and was excited for it but not working.

    I posted a video in 2 threads already, will post it in here too, plus sent it to the support, have no idea why you're pretending you don't know anything about it, people are complaining since the beginning of december..

    Can’t figure out how to upload a video but here’s screen shots of before the SP1, using it, and after. Clearly there is now power steal. Screen shot order is 1,3,2 for some reason.

    It’s effecting more than vision aou, it’s effecting all power steal champs even doom
