Merry Christmas, everyone! Hope they track down his other accounts he made the other night. “Mr “human recourses manager from one big company” is gonna be upset at Kabam’s obligation to uphold their policies.
I don't know what's in the water lately, but it's not doing good things.
The forums are not the right place to submit reports of suspected cheaters. This is a Community Platform for players to come together and discuss the game with each other, with some interaction from the game team. This is not a Customer Service platform, nor the place for one-on-one interactions with the Dev team.
There is a place in-game to submit a report when you suspect somebody cheated, and it's the dedicated button in the Battlegrounds mode itself.
Your Community Team does not have the time to translate Cheater reports to the game team, and when somebody is flagged, our team doesn't look at the report individually and do single one-off Bans based on a report. It goes into the system for investigation, and actioned on in groups.
