REQUEST: Outage compensation for trials of the infinite

Many or us (including me), started the Expert round of Trials of the infinite, used our 30 minute buffs, then immediately experienced glitchiness right before the outage around 9PM EST which caused us to lose our top champs, along with the buffs before the game resumed. Looking to see if Kabam will compensate us for the loss productivity, I ended up having to use 300 units to finish it as my buffs were no longer active and my top champs were already burnt out and had to revive them.

    Same happened here.

    They better compensate us for it. That's totally unclassy if they don't and very unprofessional. It's not a good way to build public relations and trust with your player base.

    Kabam Ahab just closed a thread because this was answered. Which it wasn't. We have maintenance coming up and I work tomorrow. I already spent 300 units trying to finish not that my boosts expired because of the emergency maintenance. The only response we got was we will look into it. When you look into it and decide it will be too late. The Ents decide quciket then you guys!
