Hello my account still has no 3* , 4* , 4* featured and 5* versusu arena,i can't grind for more than a month already !, please fix this issue fast..kabam~

    Sadly we saw few tens of this sort of posts (unban posts, ban post, etc) EVERY WEEK, and this happened ALL YEAR LONG, in ALMOST ALL cases, the posted will be closed down, and the poster will be told the forum is NOT a place to discuss about the ban. You are NOT the first, and maybe you won't be the last.

    I think I only saw 1 post where one of the OP mentioned he appealed thru in-game ticket, and some times later the support informed him the ban was mistaken, and was lifted, if I recalled correctly.

    Anyway, if anyone wanna appeal, go thru the in-game ticket. Nothing can be done in the forum here. Good luck.

    The same thing happened to me yesterday. Send a ticket to support though the gear icon of the game. Use the account category, not the arena one. I got an auto-reply when I send a ticket to the arena suppot, telling me that I did something bad but they can't tell me what I did because that would reveal how their awesome system flags players if they told me why I had been banned. The account support told me that they have been receiving a lot of simular messages these last few days and will investigate the issue.

    I think I might be flagged because Gmail and the like suddenly started updating while i was playing arena and it slowed down my connection resulting to lag for one or two fights? I don't know, I have no idea how cheats and the like work and how they are detected by the system. Just an idea.
