There still not crazy op to the point of a nerf Pre 12.0 Thor could take out ROL WS in 6 hits Maxed cull can only do it in like 80 or something Still crazy but not so much to the point of a nerf He doesn’t even overpower every single champ Give it another 3 months and there will be champs that make him somewhat obsolete
