Another bug: Can't open crystal

Some of players met with crystals.
players going to crystal vault, game slows down. list of available crystals don't scrolling. after reboot sometimes it scrolls, but with a lt of lags.
Eventually players can't open any crystal.
some of the affected devices:
HTC one mini 2. Android 4.4.2.
Nokia 2 android 7.7.1
Xiaomi redmi 5 ,android 7.1
any info on that?

but surely - it's not a whole reason - i turned on russina in my settings, all ok with my vault.
and those who fixed bug with changing language - bug was fixed for a short time.
