Sparky would be a better option since they both are benefited vastly by their signature ability. Since you have your Sparky duped. It would be the logical decision to rank him up.

Majik since you already have a high PI for Tech, I'd R4 Spider-Man, but Nebula would mean that you have too much Tech so not a lot of diversity.

Thanks for getting back to the community, I think you can't go wrong with any of the rank up options. Spider-Man (Classic) and Red Hulk either one, would be my choice.

I'd like to see some more information on the champions, whether they're duped or not, but I'd go with Morningstar. Your roster is really great and R3ing any of them would be great choices!

Winter Soldier is a good player to have. I'd stick with the duped 5*s of you're going to rank up someone, but all choices are pretty great. Can't go too wrong here. Also it'd be nice to add some information on what you focus on in-game. Like questing, AQ, AW, Arenas, stuff like that.

There is no worst champ. Just champions that take out opponents less efficiently.

Vision AOU will be the best option because he has Power Steal, Power Drain, Heal Block, Poison and Bleed Immunity!

He's already great, but I'd awaken him which allows more Regeneration and more.

Doctor Voodoo will be more effective between the 2. You can use Iceman even if he's not that high of Power Rating.
