Error in Arena

Whenever I try to press the help button, it just sends my game into freeze mode, like nothing moves, can't back out, can't go anywhere, I always have to restart the game, It is very annoying and I even have waited for 15 whole minutes for it to re-comnect, but It did not. Please address this issue.
