  • As for the original post, I think that an ability “failing due to chance”, as specified by the Gambit relic, only covers an ability failing to trigger naturally and not due to AAR. I’m admittedly not certain about that, I may be wrong. Assuming I’m correct, does that make the relic ability literally useless for buffed NC?…
  • You’re fighting Void aren’t you. He deals direct damage for each debuff you’re suffering from.
  • You are correct in that the synergy and relic were both designed around NC having imperfect bleed chance pre-buff. Kabam just never changed it when he was buffed to something more useful. It was definitely brought up when his buff launched but nothing’s been done about it.
  • But they are admitting they made a mistake. If there was no mistake, they wouldn’t be buffing Sable. It’s not like it’s beyond them to stick their fingers in their ears and say everything’s fine, there’s been much words spilled about Kabam saying Ironheart and Serpent are okay as is (different ends of the spectrum but…
  • Bullseye’s killer instinct is unaffected by AAR, which includes Falcon’s lock on. His kit explicitly states this.
  • This is the most unflattering reading you could possibly get from that post. She is indeed skill intensive in that she has unique and complicated loops around her traps. Her loop is indeed wildly complicated and impossible to make use of in any content more complex than ROL. None of that implies that it’s the players’…
  • You shouldn’t yes, but since the heal is based on block damage and Red Skull is so tanky you can get away with it a few times without too much consequence. You should still avoid doing it anyways because it sets Skull’s ramp back and the heal does exist.
  • Nothing else major no. You shouldn’t be constantly blocking basic attacks I guess because it consumes your armor up buffs, although that’s more of a general Red Skull tip than a tip for this specific fight.
  • I don’t think Henchpool would be at all busted at higher rarity. The indefinite bleeds are already done better by Zemo, whose bleeds are roughly similar potency (relative to attack rating) but can be stacked much faster. Zemo can inflict ~30 per 4 bars of power, while Henchpool only inflicts on average 8 with the same…
  • You need to switch the sorting from “any tags” (the default) to “all tags”.
  • Finally got my last solo with Kushala. Overall not a bad fight at all. It looks much scarier than it is, the constant free willpower healing off of the stagger and ensnare debuffs gives you a lot more room for error than you might think, especially if you’re using a DOT or burst champ since the damage reflection only works…
  • You must beat specifically 6.4.1 DDHK.
  • It doesn’t explicitly state it since it’s supposed to be sort of a riddle, but the message tells you that within the epic acts of the contest is the “Grandmaster’s realm”, which lines up with 6.4 since that’s where his boss fight is.
  • Solo with Red Skull for the control: denial and size: M objective. Play Skull normally (sp2 for shocks into sp1 spam until they expire), with the addition of light-ending combos and watching for the falter timer. The staggers will make building your armor up buffs take a bit longer but you’ll hit the cap all the same. Mine…
  • Don’t suppose you can answer quickly if they’re aware about completion points being bugged too? The announcement only mentions the objective points were bugged, but I never got the point for completion either.
  • Domino is a very easy solo for the X-force objective. R1 7*, no boosts. Finished at full health because willpower healing off the ensnare and stagger debuffs. Just avoid blocking and get openings via intercepts, do light ending combos to keep the cleanse off, and watch the falter timer. The other objectives look meaner…
  • Same here. Just did it with Domino, no points either for completion or the objective despite the fact it let me claim the objective.
  • Yeah something like that, although in practice the difference is higher due to the physical vulnerabilities. TBH seeing as they didn’t touch the sp1 in his buff, I get the feeling that sp1 wasnt actually intended to be a “payoff moment” like a lot of people seem to think, the damage increase isn’t worth much even if it…
  • Just how it is. Zemo “enters the fight” with his cleanses active, as seen by the fact that while he’s running up to the opponent before you can even input anything the cleanses are already on the HUD. Chee’ilth gains her cleanses “at the start of the fight”, and they trigger as soon as you can start inputting things…
  • A tad bit more seriously, Nemesis_17 is correct in that any form of power drain (or power lock) disables her tempests and thus her glancing, which exposes her poor defensive stats. Other suggestions in this category include Prowler and Nimrod. The suggestion of champs that deal big special damage is also good, but I’d…
  • Nothing in his kit states that it should be affected by class (dis)advantage, but I respect the drive to test. I managed to get screenshots with Red Skull instead, who gains energy resistance per armor up buff. Once again, the damage is identical. Red Skull also has the same amount of armor up buffs in each fight, so the…
  • Yeah man I honestly don’t know. It’s not like I didn’t have the bug before, it was definitely a problem when I was first going through the chrono-versary quest, but it seems fixed on my end and I don’t know why it wouldn’t be for you too.
  • Just went in again to check, I simply was not seeing the bug. Even took him into the chrono-versary quest for 2 fights in case it was somehow only working fine in practice mode and to check if I’d just gotten lucky. Nothing. Unstoppable buffs were building up normally and my fury buff wasn’t going away prematurely. Not…
  • Really? I even logged on to MCOC before posting my comment and did a practice fight with Juggs to confirm that he wasn’t nullifying his buffs and I wasn’t getting anything. Not sure what to make of that then honestly as long as you aren’t mistaken.
  • The bug is already fixed, Kabam just never acknowledged it or announced the fix was live.
  • Fair enough on the BWCV winning thing if true, I did not remember that. And yeah while Juggs can be fun sometimes, can’t say I’d miss him if it meant I didn’t have to draft a bunch of debuff defenders to ensure that Juggs doesn’t get a free win in bgs.
  • Few small corrections, OS lost to Warlock, not Ultron. 7* Ultron is still limited to the raids chests. And BWCV wasn’t replaced by Juggs, Juggs was already part of the poll. BWCV was removed and replaced with Spidey Supreme, who is one of the few 7* vote losers who hasn’t been released yet. QS did definitely lose to Spot…
  • We’ve gotten a lot of the champs that lost the vote in the game regardless, but I’m personally still mourning the loss of Toad. Insult to injury that the champ he lost to was Colossus of all people, who is fine but nothing more. Honestly no idea how Colossus won out at all when the other two options were Professor X and…
  • What kind of question is this genuinely? Zemo is releasing first because he’s not utterly busted like Kate is. And if you’re gonna bring up the 7* community vote poll, that was before both Kabam and the player base realized just how strong she was, hence why she lost to Shang-chi.
