Re: Potentially 7 Star Red Magneto coming soon…?
Kabam logic. The game “isn’t ready” for 7* Hulkling but somehow it’s ready for future ant man, Tigra, nick fury, red guardian, and human torch💀🙏🏽"The game isn't ready for him yet"In the most recent live stream, I saw that in the new relics section of the stream, there was red magneto battle cast being released soon. Does that mean red mags is finally coming as a 7 star now? That would mean a 7* hulkling, I’m down for that.
Cuz if I’m not wrong, didn’t they say something like the new relics will enhance the abilities of those champs specifically but ofc can be used with other champs too? Maybe I’m trippin XD.
What do you guys think?
Re: When Will We See Them as 7*’s?
Why would they release any of the champs that are left without any tune ups when most of them are completely useless and extremely outdated?I’m not sure where you’re getting buffs from, no one is talking about that topic here?Well, what reason could there be for them to buff every champ before 8*? If they buff every single champ in the game before 8* come out what will there be left to buff then? Sure you could argue certain 7* like DDHK and Red Hulk could receive tune ups but realistically they would run out of those very fast unless they just start releasing new mid champs every month, and yes this is thinking very far ahead into the future but it's what makes sense.I don't entirely understand the question here.Quote a simple question really. What’s stopping you from increasing the release cadence of champions not available as 7*’s?
We consistently release new Champions to the 7 Star pool in various ways.
There are 8 new 7 Star Champions coming in August -
Are you wanting us to just mass drop every 7 Star into the pool all at once?
We’re already at the rank 4 progression of 7* and there’s a lot of champions not released in the highest rarity. At the pace we’re on we’ll be moving towards 8* before the full champion pool has been released as 7*’s.
If they want to keep the game alive for years to come they have to drag this thing out as much as possible, if they buff all the champs we have left right now then 8* won't be as interesting.
Therefore they need to be buffed first so they can actually be released, hence my question if they buff all of them before 8* then who will they buff when 8* come around?
Re: Sable disorient doesn’t stop Void debuffs?
Silver Sable's Disorient applies a 100% (vs Science) Disorient Passive. Disorient is Defensive Ability Reduction effect. Emphasis on the 'Defensive'.
When you are using Sable against Science champs, all of their 'Defensive' abilities are shutoff when they have this Disorient. So if you hit them, they will not trigger their 'Defensive' abilities.
Examples:
- Immortal Abomination's Poison if you 'hit' him.
- Spider-Man's evade if you 'hit' him.
- Photon's application of debuff if you 'hit' her.
- Spot's phasing if you 'hit' him.
Back to your question, Void's application of debuff is not a 'defensive' ability. It is an offensive ability. It applies when the debuff application timer is up, not when you hit him.

You say that last point like it’s a completely ridiculous idea, yet that’s basically what was done with every new star level up until this point… The only reason this seems ridiculous to you now is because many 7* are now paywalled or event locked.
I get you guys have your reasons, but dude, you really need to work on not sounding so condescending to legitimate questions and concerns on the forums.

AQ / AW formats
Hi. I really like having ongoing raids instead of the old AQ format. We should just do that. With AW, the one fight was the way to go. This old format is just an unnecessary grind… extremely boring.
Re: Crazy no one cares about the AQ bug lol where is everyone????
Its not that no one cares about the aq bug. Its that no one cares about aq

Time to retire standard AQ?
After this past month with all the raids, I was wondering, is it time to retire the standard AQ format, in favor of Raids becoming the new normal? From what I can tell, the majority of players prefer Raids over standard AQ, it still takes a couple days (unless your podmates are insane and solo bosses), and you still get Glory and whatnot at the end (plus the added benefit of the raid chests).
Thoughts? Do you feel there are enough raid naysayers that this is a bad plan?

Re: When Will We See Them as 7*’s?
We obviously disagree on kabams approach.Which fits right in with when 8* will probably start to be seen. That's part of the entire timeliness of how often they release old champs at the new higher rarity. Its all connected. They have all this timed out in advance. They know the lifecycle.Because the pace we’re on it will take another 2/3 years to see some of these champs…Its literally why though. They are spacing them out. Not that hard to understand. This thread isn’t asking for all champs to be released in one go. It’s questioning why certain champs who don’t particularly need a tune up or buff aren’t being released. There's a reason for it that Mike already stated. If they give us all champs in-game as 7* right now, what exactly would there be to look forward to? Also, how would you rank any of them up? There's a reason the game drip feeds you champs and rank up resources. You'd play for a month tops, get bored and delete the game. That's basically a console version of mortal kombat. It was obviously a few years ago now, but I don’t recall the release cadence being anywhere near as slow as it is for 7*’s currently. That's exactly how it was with 6* though. We had a ton of 5* left behind for a long time.I don't entirely understand the question here.Quote a simple question really. 7* were released in May 2023, so over 2 years ago. Waiting another 3 years, (or 5 years in total) for all 6* champions to be added to the 7* pool would be questionable to me.
At that point there’s literally no point in releasing them, because as others have said earlier, they’d be completely out of date.

Incoming counter point before it gets used against everyone "you guys just got torch, red guardian, nick fury, fam, galan, and dark phoenix"This thread isn’t asking for all champs to be released in one go. Like all but 1 of those was paywalled

Re: When Will We See Them as 7*’s?
I think the real question they're trying to ask is "what's stopping you from releasing more of the great champions as 7* I.e. Hulkling, Doom, etc."Again, we're releasing 8 of them into the 7 Star Pool next month, I think that's quite a lot at once.I don't entirely understand the question here.Quote a simple question really. We need to have somewhere to go and things to release -
There are 300 Champions in the game now. When 6 Stars were released, there were about 150...
Of course, all of those Champions entered the highest rarity quicker than 7 Stars did because there were about half as many of them.
