Even with block penetration stat focus and 3 pierce buffs she appears to be getting around a third of the listed value. Also noticing she randomly inflicts no damage on a few hits into block here and there.

Yes, her instant bleeds do not match her description in her kit. I have her at rank 3, signature 140, but her 4,700 instant bleeds stated in her kit is of only 2,500 with 3 pierce buffs active and the fury from SP2.
