I sympathize, but you cannot under any circumstances share account login information with anyone. You are responsible for anything they do with your account, period. Moreover, you’re presumed responsible for anything they do on their devices on *any* game account, because of course two accounts playing on the same device are often presumed to be played by the same person. If they draw attention to themselves by breaking the rules, and then log into your account, your account could be flagged as part of their investigation.

Account sharing is 100% prohibited, and doing so places your account at risk. It doesn’t matter why you do it, it’s grounds for temporary and permanent bans.

While you can do that, and I do it often switching from phone to iPad, I would not suggest account sharing (which honestly seems what this post is lending itself too).

You say you bought a new phone, but then want to play on another phone. And this account is forum account is brand new, with a throwaway forum name, and it is being asked on the same day that many other accounts were banned for account sharing.

Tl;Dr - you can play on multiple devices without a problem.

I watched I think at least 5 different videos on solvarch, tried the rotations (insane and unnecessary amount imo) and it feels like he's only good vs mutants and barely okay vs anyone else.
