Good luck on litigation. Asking to charge back all the money you spent and you got exactly what you bought, is fraud. You made a purchase after agreeing to the ToS which specifically states that they can make changes anytime you want. Also, you don't own your account. You have ZERO legal standing.

Charging purchases back without getting an approved refund while receiving the items you paid to get, is fraud. To take your analogy, if you charged back any payments made on that car because you didn't like a change the dealership made with in the confines of your contract, that's fraud.

Whether you read the ToS before playing the game or not, you agreed to it. But hey, maybe you'll be one of the hundreds who have claimed they're going to sue Kabam and maybe you'll be the one to do it. Let us know how it goes.

It's worse because earlier Kabam used to balance champs in 2-3 months timeline, players could hold ranking up champs?
