Re: KABAM SUPPORT EXPOSED: How they really deal with summoners’ requests
Good day, fellow summoners! I’d like to tell you about how our beloved little indie company, Kabam, works!Tbh, I kinda feel like they really messed up this time too. yeah, trust is gone for me. Once it’s broken, it’s hard to get back.
As many of you know, last week a bunch of players got their accounts banned for donating to the game through third parties. Because of this, my honest and dear allies and friends suffered—people who play the game fairly, without using third-party software, and who also have great skill and an impressive stock of testosterone. They contacted support to find out exactly why they were banned, and the answer from support was a killer — they were banned for cheating in Battlegrounds. And everyone got the exact same response.
I’m not going to speculate on the real reason for the bans, because it’s just laughable. Nobody broke the rules in Battlegrounds — some of them didn’t even really play that mode in the past season.
So, here’s the point of my post: I wasn’t banned. And I thought — what if I contact support with the same issue my friends had, but with my account still active? Guess what? I got exactly the same response as my friends. You can’t make this up.
The funniest part is the ticket submission form. Support asks you to provide your in-game nickname, when you made a purchase, when you last logged in — all, apparently, just to create the illusion that they care about the player. In reality, it seems they didn’t bother to run any actual checks, since our beloved little indie company apparently decided to put their support in fully automated mode so they wouldn’t waste too much effort. I’ll attach screenshots of the ticket and the response to this post, as well as proof that I wasn’t banned.
But hey, don’t worry — any minute now @KarateMike is gonna roll in with the heartwarming “Hey, that's me” post and you’ll have your answer

Re: The future looks bleak
Bottom line the game has gotten a tad to greedy for what it offers P2W people and F2Ps are both important to maintaining the game. Also I hate the entire concept of BGs like why can’t I just 1v1 the enemy? Why do I have to fight a glitchy over buffed OP champ in 2 minutes? The idea was cool but the execution was awful
Re: CCP-1 5 star spider-man
And it seems some people are just not okay with people fixing their own problemsAnd it seems some people just want someone else to fix their problems.
Re: CCP-1 5 star spider-man
I take back my comment. OP delivered the screenshot.Yes, but OP also said that posting on the forums would get them the champ according to support. Not only did they post in the wrong section, but support also only told them it was a place to share ideas, not a place to solve your problems.
Re: Glory cap
It does that when you claim your glory and it takes you within a few thousands of cap.Your glory cap goes up when you level up past 60. I believe its at 61.I’m at level 61. I had 3k glory before the mail reward so the pop-up message shouldn’t show up. I take a picture of it next time ☺️
Just a warning really.
Re: Glory cap
Isn’t max Glory 15k, not 16k ?
One of the Pop'ups is just warning that you are nearing (can still be quite a ways away) from max. (like maybe 10k plus could get that warning pop-up).

Re: Alliance war becomes too heavy and too hard now
you brought the wrong counter to a fight that you dont know how to do, and this is somehow the devs fault? The thing is.... everyone youre vsing is gonna be playing the exact same nodes, so how can it be anything but fair. node combos may be annoying but everything has counters, if u cant play something stun immune or just bring a bleed/ shock champ thats just on yall, isnt it?
Re: Bg fihht 0-0 and I am lost :D
And i know some of the gamer genius but he kill my Fury with nefaria with zero Hp loosing oh comenon😅It is very possible for Nefaria to kill nearly any champ and end with 100% health. He's pretty good at that.
