I think it'll be July for Noir and Hobgoblin since that is when Brand New Day releases and the saga after the next starts.

I think you’re getting confused with the Wither and Physical Vulnerability from the Ability Rune; those are Passives, as stated in their description, and thus Void doesn’t benefit from them. The Striker Physical Vulnerability, however, is a Debuff, and Void seems to benefit accordingly.

Well, as I said, the "company" gives benefits to worse creators than him.
