This kind of thing always confuses me but if void can apply the debuff while you both dance around and not actually hit each other, how is it considered a defensive ability?

Bero was number one and he lost the points as quoted by OP.Get to the top by being among the best...you'll be kabams number 1 favorite person and you can rise above the hate you get in forums. FrThen it definitely seems a favouritism thing and breaks the competitive nature of the game mode.I would never reach or want to play at these “top levels”.No they don't. But do they not adjust points based on banned players at the end of events like this? No idea how it works.
I guess that would be hard in this case as that specific modder probably stole a lot of points and possibly ranks along the way skewing the points for everyone except one player.
It is a pretty slippery slope and definitely not cut and dry.
I believe AW is the same way, they dock points from the "cheating" alliance; but they don't give the points for winning to the cheated alliance.
This was the first instance of immediate modder ban. Also bero calls most legit players modders when he lose, He has done it many times to drive views. He creates drama out of thin air.

I think Madelyn Pryor makes a lot of sense, but I also really hope it isn't her. Considering that we've gotten both Jean Grey and Dark Phoenix as well as an OG Phoenix buff lately, I would really like to see someone else than a Jean Grey-related champion. While I'm very happy about all of those champs entering the game (except maybe Dark Phoenix, who doesn't affect my roster at all but does suck on defense more times than I anticipated she would), I'm perfectly happy with moving on to other champions now.
A Dark Beast would be dope.

It's not a bug. It's very intentionalThat is wild. I don't really ever go back and check BG stats like that so I didn't know that blocked hits counted as hits received there. I've never seen it anywhere else, but lo and behold, when I went and checked some of my own BG stats, blocked hits did indeed count as hits received. What a bizarre...bug? I assume?When I look at that screenshot, it's not the "KO after 57 seconds with 100% Health" that catches my eye. What does catch my eye is that he won with 100% Health after being struck 26 times."Blocked hits count as hit taken, so it also means he blocked 26 times.
He also hit Serpent 45 times of his own, while having a max combo of 45. That means he either got struck 26 times and only then started hitting Serpent (and somehow ended up with 100% Health) or he struck Serpent 45 times and then got struck 26 times after that (and somehow ended up with 100% Health).
So regardless of whether or not he could have taken a Serpent in 57 seconds with 100% Health, the stats still seems hella sus.
Hopefully it gets either fixed or clarified because that discrepancy makes even a perfectly legit fight seem super suspicious.
