So mad over so little.

Literally missed the point.

Kabam has been mishandling so much lately from every corner of the game. Bugs everywhere - literally in just the past couple of days you have Ares boss bugged, the Bromance event bugged (not to mention the design of the 7-day event is ridiculous, asking you to play 5 matches every 24 hrs in an off-season for really meaningless rewards).

With the livestream, they unnecessarily changed things up, they didn't work out, then when following instructions literally given by a Kabam employee (KabamPinwheel), the eventual response I get from Kabam Support is "At this time, all rewards have been successfully sent to qualifying accounts."

This was just a further example of how it feels like they're completely overwhelmed and in over their heads with the current state of things.

Support and the community team are 2 completely separate entities. Working with support can be very frustrating sometimes just because of procedures they have to follow. A lot us with it was better and I'm sorry you had a poor experience with it. Hopefully things get better as they go. No matter what they do, there will be rubbing points for people.

At this point, it feels like 90% of updates/releases come with a cool new way to gimp the game, I'm not one to complain really but they're asking the community to invest so much money into a game that it feels like Kabam don't always invest the right time in themselves.

I'm not saying we're quite at this point, but the bugs have had me wondering... What would have to happen for Marvel to consider a licensed product as damaging to their IP and withdraw rights to the characters etc?

Should we be getting the free couple crystals from war or will that be later? I don’t see anything in the rewards tab for alliance war

You get 1-3 crystals for a victory depending on your tier and they come in the normal victory rewards.

Where did you see the “by victory only” ?????

Kabam a post says “ we are adding a treat for ANYONE engaging in the Off-Season. In the following Tiers, players will receive the following on a PER WAR Reward Basis
Where’s the by victory basis only????

I see it in the war screen where it shows them as part of the victory rewards...
You can disagree with it not being what Kabam said, but what I said is correct according to what's in the game right now.
