Kabam got a lot of negative feedback after the Dark Phoenix and Torch sales, and they've changed the structure of every subsequent sale since then.

So I don't think we'll see another event like those again where they put a broken champ as the last milestone of an event requiring 30k+ units to acheive.

It means heart of fire, it’s basically a sale that happened earlier this year where nick fury, future ant man, tigra, ibomb, and apocalypse were added as 7*. Can’t forget about infamous thousand dollar trophy champ that was dark phoenix.

They did him dirty.

I opened about 70 of them and got 3 7* champs. But I always opened them about 25-30 at a time. Curious if popping 10 at a time was a helper.

• Game crash, and unable to re-load and resume current fight before servers just consider it a Forfeit.
• Comparing rosters, seeing opponent is stronger, and doesn’t want to waste the time (or effort) on a match they don't want to try so hard for.
• (w/ above, just want to get thru easier matches faster, as if just doing the 2-day Objective Wins (not caring about Solo/Ally Event points progress)
• (w/ above, think that forfeiting and going to an easier match, and giving up the “1/2 LOSS POINTS” will be made up for by getting thru more Wins at a faster rate.
• Or lastly, want to stay in lower brackets so just Forfeiting on matches when they have “Medals” where a win would push them up a level. (to keep their level lower for easier 2-day Win Objectives thru rest of season)

There's a few pieces of incorrect information here. They sold T6B and T3A for 10 units each, not just in chunks of 100 for 1k units. And the offer only extended to Valiants, not to everyone. I doubt it happens again because they discovered that it was a mistake when they did it last time.
