Kabam Support Accusing Me of Lying Despite Video Proof
Support acknowledged the bug and thanked me for reporting it, but then refused to help with a refund or to exchange the Cavalier All Father Odin’s Vault items for the Valiant All Father Odin’s Vault items, claiming that I opened a Nexus Founders War 7 Star Crystal from the Regal Ravager Track.
This is not true.
The only Nexus Founders War 7-Star Crystal I opened was the one I received from the web store promo code “MARYPOPPINSYALL”.
The crystal from the Regal Ravager Track is still unused in my crystal inventory. I also sent video proof of this.
Despite providing clear video evidence, support has now stopped responding to me.
I also contacted Kabam Dork and offered to share my screen live to prove that the Regal Ravager crystal is still in my account, but I haven’t received any response.
At this point, I honestly can’t believe how this situation is being handled.
Since videos cannot be uploaded here, I am attaching screenshots of the ticket and proof instead.
I am only asking for a fair resolution for a purchase that happened due to a store display bug, but instead I am being accused of lying.

i don't actually. people go to stores to buy food when they can just be farmers and make it all for free. you likely didn't read or perhaps unable to comprehend what i said. my point was exactly what you're doing. expecting "something" for free. i'm fully aware of how this will turn people off but what i was saying is the development and information provided is worth a mere $3, $5 or $10 a month when you consider the community function is serves … but I totally get it and you prove my point of how we all just want free free free free.
there are sites out there so you're welcome to visit those until development stops or they too realize the cost at which to develop these things outweighs "doing something for teh fans". development costs .. time, money etc and if you're using a service and it's providing something of value then me personally i don't mind $5 a month.

"Since so many of these champs would be awful to release as a 7* champion (like Red Hulk) and Kabam doesn't wanna just drop all the super strong champs right away, we might be looking at a new buff program soon that will be focussed on mostly champion reworks. Since so many of these remaining 6* locked champs would really need a full on new kit or a big tune-up. Personally this has me very excited as it almost feels like a full new release of a champion.

The only thing that was halted was the 6-month period after NEW Champion releases, where they were up for rebalancing. Buffs for older Champions / 6 Star Locked Champions, and in general, have not been stopped.

Okay, I went and got some more info for you @Cage33
The relic actually does impact DOT and Instant DOT Effects in some rare scenarios…
When there is active Energy Resistance on the Opponent (via base stats, Statcast of their own, etc).
More often than not, this will not come into play, so you won't notice an uptick in Energy Damage in your day-to-day gameplay.
For ON HIT Energy Basic Attacks, it almost* always does, as it also interacts with Armor in this case.
Since all champs have a baseline Armor Value, the Relic generally always does apply to Energy-based Basic Attacks (with a few exceptions, such as Champions with no Armor stats).
Elaborate Champion Attribute Dev Diary breaking down all these interactions seems beneficial, going to see what I can do to make that happen.
