What you're asking for here is essentially every person on staff doing something else; that's not a realistic solution, and doesn't ultimately solve the issues at hand. That would actually likely cause greater issues at the end of the day.

At this point, all we can do is outline our path forward and how we plan to make the game better in the steps to get there. Everything starts with a plan, and nothing can be fixed overnight.

Think the first step of that, the comp Mike mentioned for Friday, will be a very solid first step, with more steps coming soon after in the next update. He wasn't when they first added him. He was pure hell. And it took months for Kabam to start making counters. He's still annoying in some modes and on some nodes. Despite the calls for a nerf, Kabam didn't. Now here they are wanting to nerf Spider Woman.

Kudos to https://forums.playcontestofchampions.com/en/profile/Kabam%20%28Osaurus%29%20Rex and team for putting up a really solid roadmap. Im a player for 8+ years and witnessed how Kabam always made it right for player and fanbase. No doubt they would turn this around.

As for the EQ not sure whats the fuss is about, but it was really fun and challenging. Really put my roster into the test. Thats the whole point of ranking 7* to rank3/rank4 right? If i rem correctly, the EQ was much harder back then.

i believe the bigger issue still here is the state of BG. It sucked out the motivation out of me. The mode still plagued with cheaters. Still encountered players with low 2-3M rating with 10+ rank4 already. They finish you off in seconds unscathed with whatever champs. Feels worse when you check their profile and realized you didnt had the chance to begin with. Is this going to be addressed too?
