Hey there! In your original message to support did you describe the incident with the 7 star specifically or just ask about the game outage? Ive been told support should be able to help you with things missing because of the outage. That said, its possible there may not be a record of it and without something like a screenshot it may not be possible, but either way support should be able to speak to your specific situation.
Last week I wrote Game Support because I miss a 7 star champion I got on a Basic Crystal Pool (a Count Nefaria btw) during the Game Outage on 06/12. They sent me this answer... According to this I am not getting my champion back. So at least, when is this "compensation" going to happen?

I’ve been using an IPhone 11 for like 4 years and I’ve had no lag issues or anything, generally works well

Im gonna miss this war style. I have enjoyed the hell out of it, as well as the rest of the members in our alliance.Same here, my alliance retired from wars about a year and a half ago after getting into Plat for the first time because the time and resource investment required simply wasn't paying off and it was too much. This season however, we've started doing wars for the first time since and we've been having a blast. Not as time consuming anymore when assigning paths, defender placement also not nearly as annoying as it was, and the fights themselves have all been incredibly fun because of how the nodes work. I'm aware some nodes are very restrictive but for the level we're at so far, it's been a lot of fun even if it's just one fight every two days.
Time is money and the less time that has to be wasted in a game, the better.
I could think of alot of things I would rather do in a game than have to spend hours planning every war, hence why our ally never pushed war. Do your fights and be done, with a few of us taking care of mini islands and bosses on top of our lanes.
This season has brought a spark into our ally like I've never seen before, because you don't have to spend hours planning everything. 10 people, one fight each, figure out who has the best counters for each defender/node combination and done.
Kabam, why not make it like raids where you can choose between war maps for the season?
I really do hope they keep this design whether it's new AW or a completely different mode or whatever, I just love the design itself.

So all in all there is no one who can hit his block when skull has armours up and take 0 damage in return, right?Like at least two other people have said: Namor, at max Sig will take zero damage hitting into Skull's block.
Power Drain immunity won't cut it.
There are a few other champions that you might think would work because they can prevent passive direct damage (Gambit, Stryfe, Daredevil HK) but none of their passive damage reduction abilities seem to work against Red Skull.
