Game outages do not generally cost players anything. The recent outage was special because it was Google itself that went down in a widespread way. Because of that, it is possible that the game itself has no record of you pulling that champ, because the systems that would have those records themselves were not working at that time. If that's the case, Kabam would have no way to easily verify you lost something, and would need some sort of evidence on the player's part to validate compensation.I told them specifically the champion I was missing but they told me what shows on the message... They are unable to provide it. And no, I didn't take a screenshot of that moment, I just assumed that reseting the game was the way to go, like other times before, and that the champion would be there...But no. That is why I am really confused.Hey there! In your original message to support did you describe the incident with the 7 star specifically or just ask about the game outage? Ive been told support should be able to help you with things missing because of the outage. That said, its possible there may not be a record of it and without something like a screenshot it may not be possible, but either way support should be able to speak to your specific situation.
Last week I wrote Game Support because I miss a 7 star champion I got on a Basic Crystal Pool (a Count Nefaria btw) during the Game Outage on 06/12. They sent me this answer... According to this I am not getting my champion back. So at least, when is this "compensation" going to happen?
That said, it might be possible for support to at least know you lost something, if not what that something was, and return it. In theory support could compare your account inventory before and after the outage, and see you're missing a crystal. However, this would take time, because they would have to verify that a) you did not pull a new champ (easy), b) you did not pull a dup (harder, you'd have to verify all sig levels were the same, and c) you did not pull a max sig champ (less harder, you'd have to verify all max sig crystal counts are the same). Normal support may not be in a position to do all of that.

This is a difficult one to answer - one thing to remember is that Epoch was the conclusion of a year+ long saga.We don't ignore any feedback; we read everything said on all Social channels.Glad to hear that you read all feedback. I am in the group who completed the content in 2 days and found it to be enjoyable. Sure some fights are tough, but hey it was meant to be harder than previous content.
Wheel of Fate has been out for less than 1 week. At this time, there are no plans to update Wheel of Fate.
There are going to be times when certain content isn't widely loved by the entire Community.
It has been received very well from the group of players that I expected to enjoy it.
My only complaint is the rewards not including rank up resources other than rank 4 resources and some sig stones ( which I believe everyone needs a lot of ). Even EPOCH had a rank 2 gem and 50 sig stones for every path.
I don't expect an answer for the following question but if you could can you give an idea about why the rewards for WOF didn't include these as well?
I agree that some more Signature Stones and T6B/T3A would have been nice.
There was a lot of T6CC / T4A on top of the three Tier 7 Basic, along with all the crystals and the awakening gem in there.
I've seen the feedback that the rewards could have been more evenly distributed, and that sentiment has been passed along to the team for the future.

This question is asked almost every day on the Forums.
The first announcement of this will almost definitely not be in a stray Forum comment.
I'm sorry you're frustrated that these Champions aren't in the base pool; it seems like frustration is causing my words to be interpreted in a way that isn't intended.
I know this isn't what you want to hear, but "we aren't releasing them right now" is a plan, and that's currently where things are with these Champions.
