Kushala benefits from it a ton and is def worthy of it - but, you could also dupe her from any basic crystal. Other options, only if you really really love them

Archangel has a “Sweet Spot” in his Sigs so you don’t have to invest too too much but obviously the more the better. I don’t remember the “Sweet Spot” for him tho and someone else could probably tell you

I believe that sweet spot is typically sig 112, which gives him a little over 100% AAR with 3 neurotoxins. But if theres someone else you want to invest sigs in then you could leave him at sig 1, it’s pretty much a personal preference.
