I just used mine on void two days ago. But I love him, he's been at r4 unduped forever it seems, and I have only gotten him once from the loyalty crystal after two+ years

Wrote this in the discord, but hopefully this helps provide a bit of oversight over what happened, how we tried to fix it, why that caused an issue, why we reverted the way we did, and why some folks might have gotten the wrong reward.

so essentially the issue worked liked this:
drop 1 -> reward 1
drop 2 -> reward 2
drop 3 -> reward 3 +4
drop 4 -> reward 5
drop 5 -> reward 6

the problem is reward 4 wasnt being given, so we tried to fix it like this
drop 1 -> reward 1
drop 2 -> reward 2
drop 3 -> reward 3
drop 4 -> reward 4
drop 5 -> reward 5 and then add reward 6 here

this didnt work and what it meant is that drop 4 had reward 4 (exalted crystal) drop 5 had reward 5 (1-2 rankup) and reward 6 (sig stones) got cut off. We didnt want that to happen so we reverted back to the original thing, thinking its better to miss the exalted crystals rather than the sig stones, but theres a period of time where we need to move back to how things where so if you claim during that period thats how you can get the wrong rewards.

The Sigs are there at the end.

The Exalted Crystal attached to the 7 Star shards wasn't proccing, so we're attempting a workaround on Twitch to fix that issue.

I think it's fair to say that the rollout of Essentia has been a mess at best, I certainly haven't implied otherwise.

There's unfortunately no way to get a redo on it, so the best that can be done is look at the issues holistically and make adjustments so everything sits in a better state, which is what was done over the first few days of release.

I want to be clear about something here -
I'm not saying to stop giving us a hard time, I have no issues there whatsoever.

What I'm saying there's a difference here between "Kabam is intentionally trying to screw us, nobody has our interests in mind" and "hey, I don't think this is a good thing because of XYZ." The latter allows me to help you much better than the former, which is what I want to do. The designer of Essentia is actively trying to improve the player experience with a more powerful store where everything is centralized and less messy.

I'm confident that Essentia will ultimately be more valuable for players once everything is in place, and the fact that everything wasn't in place at launch was a major miss on our part. Things were missed, that's the reality of what went on here, which is unacceptable and creates a poor product - there's no sugar coating that - so adjustments are being made to make the roll out stronger, and make the transition into Essentia make more sense for everybody.

Hey @Corkscrew, I took some time to look through your account.
I see three Gentle pulls from Empowered Crystals, but only two that were Cluster Drops - so the Tokens currently are accurate, since the first Cluster drop automatically consumed the Token to ascend your Gentle.

The two Greater Empowered Crystals you opened from last Friday both had the Cluster Drops, as those only drop Ascended Champions - but the Empowered Crystal from Saturday was a regular Base Pool 7 Star pull, not the Cluster drop.

I'll speak with support so this can be clearer through responses in the future, but everything is in order on your account as it should be.
