- You say that but you were the first to whine and cry when the WoW Abs Man fight was absolutely busted last year lmfao hypocrite much? Of course Serpent being a busted defender doesn't hurt you cause you're a casual player, but if you were actually competitive even if just a little you would not be saying that. Why don't you try climbing up to Arcane or Quantum for once and then tell us what your experience is with all these bs defenders with unavoidable damage?
- You can design strong defenders and nobody will call them broken. Strong defenders: Photon, Thanos, Kindred, Red Skull, Dust, Onslaught, Arcade, Korg, Thing. BS defenders: Serpent, Bullseye, Capt. Britain, Dark Phoenix, Zola, Yelena, Nico, Domino, Attuma
- Good luck learning how to counter the bs defenders mentioned in the video because newsflash if you don't have a champ who's straight up immune to their specific type of chip damage or who can prevent that chip damage by countering their abilities which you can't play around with pure skill only, you ain't countering **** you're just dead no matter how good you are. This wasn't a problem back when Attuma and Domino were the only ones but these days half the Meta defenders are bs defenders and they keep creating more. Chip damage is the laziest most mediocre way to create a hard defenders cause you can't do **** to stop that chip damage unless you drafted a hard counter.
- The only way you look at issues is "hi I'm a noob so I speak from the perspective of a casual noob".

Sure, if you completely ignore gladiator, northstar, arcade, shocker, sandman, Spider Punk, gorr, mantis, viv vision, shuri and attuma. Patriot is also way better after his buff and nowhere close to a dud
Even if you don't class all of them as meaningful, the idea that they're outweighed by nerfs is simply not in line with reality. The nerfs we've had with the rebalance programme are absorbing and Zemo on defense, Bullseye on defense, and spider woman. At a certain point you have to acknowledge that you're simply not talking about reality

I like his style so far. Got an ascended 6* and he’s been fun. At this stage, fun is what I’m looking for since I am mediocre at everything in this game. I can’t get an edge if I was showered with OP champs.

another reason I just explored classic. I am 100% focusing on unit acquisition… still got all the units, kept recoils on, saved 70 units by not flipping them off and on, and blitzed arena milestones while I explored over multiple days.

Relatively less time required than the old version with TB, Paragon and Valiant Gauntlet. Used some revives but not significant. Would prefer around 10 fights per quest, bonus points if health is restored with each swap

Kabam Thank you
Big shout out to Kabam. They did what I wanted [which is probably what no one else wanted] and ‘fixed’ the one thing about incursions. It always bothered me that incursions stopped increasing the PI of champions after zone 40 on sector 6 [and all zones, but other zones stopped at a higher level because the increase in PI is less at each lower sector]. Now, I was able to see a massive PI of over 8 million in zone 104. Thank you.
Overall Symbiote incursion thoughts
This incursions was very well thought out. A simple revive [1800 health] is plenty to get you back to full health, unless the opponents dies too fast. I only had one true roadblock that I had to revive through with about 1600 units [level 70ish MODOK with right back at you, stun immune, aggressive regen, and three others that I can find in my notes and videos if you truly care]. However, at a lower health level, such as 30 or below, there was no reason why he couldn’t just be nuked before becoming a major headache later on in the fight. With all of Steve’s utility from his kit and the nodes, there just isn’t anything that I doubt he couldn’t overcome. Yes, I fought power drain immune champs that I see the most complaints about, and while annoying and very time consuming, it wasn’t impossible.
I was surprised that Knull was allowed, but was not gifted with the three star symbiotes. The first person I carried pointed that out when I asked why they didn’t have him on their team.
Solo Run specific thoughts
Unstoppable was the most annoying thing that I didn’t plan for. I wished that I had taken the buff that grants grit. I took the one buff that grants bleed and poison duration, and I was glad I did. The extra long duration helped with some regen nodes when coupled with despair. I knew that the hacks would start dropping off at zone 100 so I grabbed the placebo hack towards the end for healing and just hoped that it would show up. My first hack to go was the prowess when power draining, so I would then start timing out on those fights as the specials wouldn’t do as much damage.
2.5 million attack and 50 million+ health were some beefy opponents. I did buy random Dracula crystals throughout to reward myself, but didn’t get anything.
Some interesting interactions that caught me off guard were power stings with jubilee, Maestro being nullify immune so I couldn’t heal, Mister Negative being nullify immune, some node where you could only gain power by being close to the defender, but lose power when far away, coupled with power sting and the one where you have to through a special or take damage [I think], Tigra [since she’d nullify knull’s indestructible if I got clipped and would die].
Carry notes
This is actually the easiest carry so far. A fully ramped Steve can ignore the degen damage at 3% per second [which is what I had originally hoped for when they announced his incursion]. Coupled with the Venom the Duck and Knull synergy, you should be able to easily carry someone to zone 15, and unless you get VERY unlucky with nodes and/or defender, zone 30. I’ve only done two carries so far, and both to zone 15, but my alliance is up next, and they want to get to 30. So we will see if it is still as easy as I said.
If you need a carry, you’ll unfortunately have to check Discord each day around 10pm PST and just hope. I’ll also just be doing to zone 15, but if you want zone 30, your alliance can certainly help you out as it’s just like a regular run for them once ramped.
Random Question
Someone [I don’t know if they were saying zone 100 isn’t impressive or just stating a fact as it’s hard to read tone on the internet ] said this “I can easily can get to zone 100 in sector 6 unfortunately after 1 million pi the opponents stop increasing their pi. So I won't be fighting opponents with 5 million pi even I go to zone 100. ….I believe in the past when the hacks were unlimited there pi kept increasing I got to zone 167 but in sector 1.”
Did PI really keep increasing, as I can’t find anything like that with such a high zone either on Reddit or YouTube videos?
