I completed yesterday, wasn't hard. Just scout the path and go with the obvious cheese fights. IE the Ghulk mentioned, i saved my Red Mags for it.
Karolina was easy with Chavez, Nico with Sinister.
They changed the relic node to a few fights at the end of the Skill chapter I think.

And as for my avatar I was I grinded for 5* Omega Red in the arena and I always use suicides and this was first champion I used to get into as master wars and competed back aw seasons 1-20.

If I read the release correctly, everyone who made it into GC (Uru and higher) gets both packages, regardless of whether or not you were affected adversely by the season start placement.
If you didn’t make it to Uru or higher, you only get the VT package—again, regardless of whether or not you were adversely affected by the season start placement.
Tl;dr: In order to apologize for putting players at the doorstep of GC (Vibranium 1/2) instead of much lower where they were supposed to be placed, they decided to give those same players and everyone else some stuff at some undisclosed date.

Group of player get a huge placement advantage over others and this was the breakdown on how it was supposedly rectified?
Vibranium placement players
> Get the token comp
> Quicker Entry to GC
> Easier time to get both early objectives of radiance, their most valuable currency currently in game. (Enter GC and 100 points)
> Can get to a better rank quicker in GC
Diamond placement players
> token comp
