Re: Why is the essentia conversion stuff limited
When can we expect the new Etherum currency, so we can save up our essentia and radiance?
Nonsense BS

Essentia Store bottleneck
I’m writing to address a significant oversight in the new Essentia Store rollout. As an end-game player, I appreciate the move towards a more streamlined currency. However, the complete removal of lower-tier rank-up materials (T4B, T3B, T1A, and T2/T3 Class Catalysts) from the store based on progression level is causing a major issue.
Even at high progression levels, these "early game" resources remain essential. For instance, many of us focus on maxing out our 4-star roster to optimize Arena grinds and milestone efficiency. By removing these items from the store, you haven’t "cleaned up" our experience; you’ve effectively created a bottleneck that prevents us from managing our full roster.
The logic that advanced players "don't need" these items is flawed. Progression should grant us more options, not fewer. We should have the agency to decide how to spend our currency, even if it's on lower-tier materials for collection or secondary goals.
I suggest adding a "Legacy Materials" tab or a filter in the Essentia Store, ensuring that all players—regardless of their title—retain access to the foundational building blocks of champion progression.
Would love to hear if others are hitting this same wall.
Re: Why is the essentia conversion stuff limited
didn't they say they were keeping the other store open for a bit of time and overlap. The store items have been wiped out.
Re: Why is the essentia conversion stuff limited
How can they do everything wrong all the time lol, this is comical at this point. There is absolutely no way their salaries are justified when they gotta fix whatever they do. This is atrocious.
Raid tickets just got *much* more expensive?
But I usually buy my raid tickets with loyalty. It was previously 2k loyalty per raid ticket. Now, 2k loyalty buys you 20 essentia, and it takes 70 essentia to buy a raid ticket. This means the purchasing power of my loyalty has been cut by an astounding amount - it was just devalued by over 70%.
It was also previously stated that the old exchanges would be around a while to ease the transition. But that is not the case - we are no longer able to buy raid tickets with anything but essentia or units.
To break it down: if I had known this would be the exchange rate, and converted all my loyalty to raid tickets, I would have been able to buy 3.5x the raid tickets with the loyalty I have than I can today.
Is there something I'm misunderstanding here? Have I made a mistake in my math? If not, this seems like a massive purchasing power reduction for the millions of loyalty that I have. I didn't worry about doing this conversion early because I was assured that purchasing power would not be reduced, but unless I'm wrong here, that's not how the reality has played out at all.
Re: Why is the essentia conversion stuff limited
What is this abomination? We could get 3X the stuff from the old stores, now we are stuck with a bunch of old currencies, and the new store is worse than the s-much-needed-an-update BG store!
And Raid tickets are now only money and Essentia, so whoever spend his before checking it, is forced to use Units.
Another Scam.
