To add to the FU section of decisions made, just watched a video explaining where the missing units went and they took away between 700 to 1K units with the EQ and Alliance weekly changes.

Kabam economist Crash has definitely been on a roll with tearing up the game trying to update it for the future, they say they have a 5yr plan but I'm not sure it will survive even 2 yrs if this continues.

When is it getting changed because it's a ghost town these days. Clunky, hard to use, and very hard to read.

Honestly, the entire concept of energy is outdated.

Any company, not just Kabam, is saying "we really want you to play our game, but only in limited amounts for free, otherwise pay us".

Don't get me wrong, I completely understand any company needs to make money to exist, but it doesn't have to be from simply playing the base content.

As an example, Guild Wars 2 makes the vast majority of their money from the cash shop which is all cosmetic stuff. They do not have a monthly subscription like many MMOs do (or did). I still spent more a month on that game on optional purchases than what a normal monthly sub would have cost.

The same is true for my spending in MCOC. I spend on stuff I choose to, which often includes crazy sales I shouldn't spend on but do anyway. I do not, and will not, spend money either directly on the Energy Card or indirectly by getting refills with Units.

I am not crazy enough to think they will just get rid of energy, I know better than that, but I don't think most people were ever saying "man I have too much energy this is a bad thing".

Now, they could take the approach of another Marvel phone game and you just build up extra energy over the limit, so that any refill you got never went wasted. They could also make it so refills don't expire so even if we get less of them we don't have to worry about when/how to use them.

There are ways to solve this, but limiting the amount we get while increasing the required daily spend is not going to end well.

Totally agree, maybe Kabam designed it in an awful way to discourage us from using it, that way they get fewer reclaims.

I might be crazy but a long time ago didn't kabam say something to the effect of "you will have heaps of options without feeling like you have to do everything"

Removing easy access to energy certainly fits that ideal, you wont feel like doing everything when you can't.

I quit this game a month ago and have to say not missed it at all. ever time I go onto you tube just seems endless videos about something else that broke or something that just sucks . After over 10 year and over a 10 million account , and spending and yes I did the actual match , $10,500.00 on the game it's time to call it. I never minded spending money on the game but this game has just went full on "greed mode" . I told my alliance I was quitting because this game has turned into a needy girlfriend that was a degenerate gambler .. Always wanting more time and needing more money . Time to end this unhealthy relationship . Wish the best of luck to all the players that hang on , but trust me if you are thinking about quitting you will not miss the game if you do .

@ShashankGupta buddy Shatra is actually a great champ. The number of matchups she can take is insane. Not just cosmics but other classes as well. Buffs just feed her more but she is not totally reliant on it.
