I mean, I'd rather they fix Titania than grant rankdown tickets for her. I love Titania. She is one of my absolute favorite champs to use, when she's not kneecapped by bugs.

But the bug with the whiffing SP2 has been going on for over a year now, I think. And this intimidate issue is also a real bummer for her usability.

I just took a look and the people at the top of the leaderboard are playing a lot but they aren't playing 24/7. I did a more detailed review of the person in first place and there is no suspicious login activity on their account. Unless they are giving their physical phone to someone else, they aren't account sharing.
