Is LOTAN fight bugged?

I was rushing 100% act 9 completoon before 9.4 release and I'm stuck in LOTAN (9.2.6 final Boss) final fase. Untouchable is not preventing the Boss from hitting me so It is impossible to finish It as intended. Is It bugged now?

Probably because each update brings a plethora of bugs and they can at least try to resolve some of these in the first week before the more interesting content comes (which will also have it's own bugs)

The monthly EQ change isn't permanent?

Like many have stated by now, i was under the impression the change to the elder difficulty regarding the removal of the crucible nodes was permanent. Or atleast thats what i picked up from the announcement on the livestream. Again like many, i was super excited last month to not see the swap nodes and just being able to play with my team and not have to use r2 6stars. Could please someone confirm if this is a mistake of some sort, or if the swap nodes are definetly back? Would be nice to know what to expect each month instead of having a surprise each time whether it'l be fun or not. Thanks

The only way that will happen is if people stop spending. Unfortunately that won’t happen because it’s a gambling game and gambling is addictive, and Kabam have spent years creating that environment.

Releasing new content

Why is the content after a new update released in the 2nd week and not just spread out over the entire 4 weeks? So now we have to wait a week for those challenges and the radiance store update for magik tokens. Pretty annoying most of us will dive straight into the new content after a update

Look, we know that you guys are trying to keep the game engaging for everyone. But it is time to stop putting out so much new content, focus on fixing the bugs and making sure the core content of the game runs smoothly. The game is like a wagon with a cracked axle, but instead of fixing the axle, you guys are piling more and more stuff in the wagon. Eventually it's all going to collapse.

I know you guys are probably just as frustrated as the community, and are probably very stressed and overworked. For a lot of the employees and the devs there, the issues inside the game don't really fall on your shoulders. The people that are in charge and pushing for all of this new content, modes, Ascension, etc... they are the reason the game is so broken and the community is losing interest. Kabam leadership, it's time to put a temporary halt on things and address the bugs and issues that we have been asking about, for the good of the game, your reputation as a company, and the community.
