I believe the devs and people who actually work on the game want the game to succeed, but from everything that is happening it seems highly likely they've had their workforce slashed in the name of efficiency whilst being told to maximise all available opportunities for making money for the top table.

And this is where it's led us. With a game that is fast becoming a mirror of real life, where everything costs you more than it used to but the product/service you're paying for is worse.

Kabam announced that both the difficulties will be reduced 'Significantly' but these changes don't look like anywhere near significant.
