They’ve done far worse than this offer, and probably will continue to do so. I’m not here to tell you that you’re wrong for disliking all the gambling and dark patterns and whatnot, I think most of us are aware that we’re partaking in a bit of a vice by playing a gacha. But if an optional battlepass with terrible, skippable rewards is already hitting your standard of evil then I couldn’t possibly imagine how you can continue to support this game by playing it.

And for the record, because I’m sure your next response will be some level of “ur just defending this bc ur a brainwashed whale who’s sunk too much into gachas”, this is the only gacha game I play and I’m entirely FtP.

I don't get it. Is being forced to play BGs supposed to make this offer more appealing?Why would anybody spend $10 for an event that gives you barely any rewards? I don't know what games you're talking about but I have never seen such a bad offer

If I was Kabam I would do the same thing, push boundaries and see what stupid things people are willing to pay for.
