So hard to leave out all things I want to say lol. Keeping it simple, nobody asked for this. SW’s ensnare is one of the things that make her so good offensively and why so many of us have ranked her up. Personally I think it’s fine defensively as well, but if they wanted to take it away on defense alone, fine… taking it away on offense is basically kicking the community in the teeth and saying “you’re welcome”

Serpy Bullseye were fine, during release we had no solid counters, still they got a pass lol,

But suddenly a lady doing little ensare thing got nerfed??

Classic Kabam move! Heaven forbid we get through a single week without them letting 💩 hit the fan. Serpent? Totally fine. Enchantress? Perfectly balanced. But Spider-Woman? Oh sure, let’s gut her with a defensive nerf that also screws her offense.

Because why bother with a simple tweak - like dialing down her ensnare % - when you can nuke it out of existence? Naturally, Kabam can’t stand the thought of players actually enjoying playing the game! 🤦‍♂️

It’s the first time in 8 years I’ve just wanted to turn off the game and not pick it back up. I feel dumb for spending a lot of money again this year and quite resentful to be honest.

I won’t be renewing my sigil and will not be spending any more on the game unless this decision is reversed.

I wouldn't even see this as an issue if they would just be honest that they want to tune her down offensively. Instead they try to perform mental gymnastics as to why this isn't hurting her offensively, when it CLEARLY is. That's what I'm frustrated about. Why can't they just be honest? Or are the balance team truly so out of touch with the game that they don't get how an evade shutdown ability is offensively huge? Either way is not good.

I think many players can't really "express" in word on how they feel about this decision, without their post being deleted or get forum ban.

So I'm just going to leave this here.
